White list apps for M9: The M9 runs on deeply customized system. There are four 3rd-party apps preinstalled on the M9, and they are Tidal, MOOV, KKBOX and 网易云音乐(NetEaseCloud). To ensure system stability, only certain apps in our white list are allowed to be installed. Apps of the white list.

I'm still bitter with Spotify when they changed the way you favorite from 'Staring' to add to my music. Most Shopify apps are built by third-party developers, not by Shopify. If you need help with an app or sales channel that was built by a third-party developer, then contact the developer directly.

Your message is sent directly to the app developer. Shopify contacts you after three days to check if the app developer has helped to resolve your issue. If they haven't, then Shopify contacts them again on your behalf.

You can also contact the app developer from the Support section of the app's listing page in the Shopify App Store. If you've logged in to the Shopify App Store, then you can click the Get support button. This lets you send the developer a message directly. If you're not logged in, then you can use the contact information in the Support section to contact the developer.

If you need help with an app that you downloaded directly from a developer's website, then you can find the developer's contact information on the website where you installed the app. Shopify doesn't provide support for apps that you downloaded directly from a developer's website.
